THE EDIT
THE EDIT
You don’t need to do ALL of hypnobirthing. You just need the bits that actually help.
25 minutes. Edited for you.
YOU’VE PROBABLY ALREADY DONE QUITE A LOT…
Read things. Listened to things. Tried things. Worried about things. Ordered things. Googled things.
And still be thinking: yeah, but what’s actually going to HELP me do this?
That's the bit I care about.
HERE’S WHAT WE SORT:
-
Why one “I can’t do this” moment doesn’t mean it’s all gone to shit - and what your brain needs from you instead.
-
We’ll make the breathing and all the other stuff make sense - then work out what actually feels right for you.
-
We get them all over how to support you, so you’re not directing traffic while you’re busy having a baby.
-
We work out what actually matters to YOU - then make a plan that still works if things change along the way.
AND THAT’S THE EDIT
WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO TRY.
WHAT YOUR PARTNER IS GOING TO DO.
WHAT MATTERS TO YOU.
AND WHAT YOU’LL DO IF BIRTH HAS OTHER IDEAS.
SO YOU CAN STOP TRYING TO PREPARE FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.
HI, I’M RACH
Two babies. One labour that lasted 30 hours. One so fast we nearly had her in an Uber.
I did ALL the hypnobirthing before my first.
And afterwards I realised there was a surprisingly small list of things I'd actually used.
Three years later, with pretty much no time to prepare for my second?
Yep. Same little list.
That's The Edit.
Steph & Joe
“Did it together tonight, SOOO helpful - and husband loved it too. THANKS!”
Lauren & Sam
“SO helpful, wanted to try hypnobirthing, but didn't have a clue where to start!”
I DON’T WANT YOU TO FINISH THE EDIT AND KNOW LOADS MORE ABOUT HYPNOBIRTHING.
I want you to finish it relieved that the helpful stuff is actually pretty small.
NO ZOOM. NO 6 HOURS.
Watch it in bed.
Watch it on your phone.
Make your partner watch it with you tonight.
£17. Yours for keeps.
-
Nope. This is pretty much who I made The Edit for. It’s 25-ish minutes. You could watch the whole thing tonight and start having a go at the bits you like straight away.
-
Honestly, perfect. You don’t need to know anything before you start. I’ll explain the useful bits without assuming you’ve spent the last six months reading birth books.
-
I hear this a lot - but bring them. They don’t need to believe in anything. They just need to know what might help you and what you need them to actually DO. It’s a massive help for them too.
-
Not at all. Watch it now, start practicing a few things, then come back to it later if you need.
-
Nope. Vaginal birth, induction, C-section, or currently absolutely no idea - you don’t need to have that bit figured out first. Hypnobirthing helps whatever kind of birth you end up with.
-
Honestly? That’s sort of the point. The Edit isn’t here to give you another enormous pile of things to learn. It’s here to help you work out which bits are actually worth listening to.
